A BIT MORE ABOUT ME

I left university armed with a degree in PR and a fervent determination to make a name for myself in sports media.

Unexpectedly, by way of my first internship, I became hopelessly entranced by the world of marketing, particularly with brands and the unassuming layers of complexity that exist under the surface of the brands we love devotedly, but don't quite know why.

I have spent the last ten years in the event, brand and marketing trenches, afforded incredible opportunities to get my hands dirty, take on responsibilities far beyond my experience level and learn the best way I know how: by taking risks, making mistakes and never being afraid to raise my hand to ask questions.

In 2020 I listened to 112,984 minutes of music on Spotify, my favorite tv show is what is, Jeopardy? and my personal mantra is to always step outside yourself and look at the world a different way.

WHAT I'M GOOD AT

I was once told that you cannot choose a super power, someone has to give it to you. My super powers are: Culture Whispering, Servant Leadership and Empathy. These are a few more things I'm passionate about and where I think I add the most value:

BRAND

IMMERSION

PRODUCTION

I want to help clients understand the attitudinal and emotional drivers of their audiences, exposing opportunities to meaningfully engage with them and reap the benefits of a cult-like adoration.

Bringing visions to life through innovative concepts and flawless execution. I stay current with industry trends and technologies, always seeking new ways to enhance the ultimate immersive experiences.

Adept at overseeing all aspects of event production, including venue selection, technical elements, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. As a resourceful problem-solver, I bring calm to high-pressure environments, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and efficiently.

COMMUNITY

LEADERSHIP

CREATIVE

The best brands know how to tap into the human spirit and unlock the motivations that mobilize people both internally and externally. I have a knack for nurturing relationships and bringing people together in mutually beneficial relationships.

With exceptional interpersonal skills, I have the ability to foster a collaborative environment and guide diverse teams toward shared goals. Focusing on employee development, I aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential through continued mentorship and servant leadership.

A creative at heart, I'm passionate about a collaborative approach to developing creative strategies that drive a seamless and impactful narrative in all the ways an immersive experience is brought to life.

At Coca-Cola, we have 4 “growth behaviors”. They are: Curious. Inclusive. Empowered. Iterative. I look for these 4 qualities when assessing candidates for open roles on my team. I can honestly say that after spending several days with Laura, that I witnessed these behaviors in action. Given the chance, I’d gladly take her on any team I’m ever on - she’s a superstar in my my book.
